Most enter January a little bigger, bloated, poorer and feeling a little blue with the weather, and post xmas and new year celebrations.
New year we all want to change, we all want to get fitter, loose weight or improve ourselves in some way. The weather is miserable, we all hibernate a little and move less. New year is the perfect time to take action on your new year resolutions.
Do not get me wrong I love Christmas and all the festivities, I eat too many carbs especially turkey sandwiches, (to die for) and my mum has baked me a whole Christmas cake just for me! (Love you mum)
I will be indulging a little, I never eat chocolate but I will be eating my Christmas cake, having some vodka and having two days off training.
