Nutritional therapy

Despite eating as best as we can we sometimes are missing some vital vitamins and minerals.

Your body needs these to run smoothly and be at its best for you and to fight disease.

Antioxidants are essential to our survival, and can help eliminate some effects of free radicals.

Free radicals can cause cells to die, abnormally mutate and cause damage to DNA.

Antioxidants are very important in our diet and need to be eaten through rich antioxidant foods.

The antioxidants we need from our diet are vitamin A, E, betacarotene and selenium.

Our body will soon let us know if it isn’t getting enough vitamins and minerals.

We can sometimes show signs of deficiency e.g. Flaky skin, mouth ulcers, frequent colds.

This should be a warning sign that we need to take on more nutrients to help our body. Food nutrients also need promoters to help them be absorbed more easily. It is best to eat from a variety of fruit and vegetables in order to get a full spectrum of nutrients from different sources.

Instead of reaching for pills or trying to cope with symptoms why not use nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy can highlight nutrients you are deficient in, symptoms caused by this and which  foods are high in vitamins and minerals you need. You will also be told the promoters and adversaries that can affect absorption.
