Iv just been away to Hungary and vienna.
Iv camped at a very basic grand prix sight, eaten in Hungary City centre, Vienna City centre and eaten healthy food the whole way.
To anyone that says you can’t healthy when away – it’s bullshit.
Sorry to be Frank but if you want a healthy lifestyle, it’s there for you. You just have to make the right choices.
I’m currently at a film festival food court thing, it’s full of different food stalls. All serving different food and drinks. Iv got chicken veg and rice, a vodka soda and I’m happy.
Budapest I ate chicken on a hot stone, added veg and salad. At the grand prix circuit we had bbqs and i ate chicken gyros (no chips, asked for more salad) at the circuit or took a pasta salad with me.
It’s really not difficult when you prepare, think about what’s healthy, and are in the right mind set.
Yes there is hundreds of pastries I like the look of, new cakes to try, new dishes containing fatty meats but I like my healthy food. I like my healthy lifestyle. I said no. Can you say no? Is it worth the fats, calories?
I love my healthy food, it tasted lovely. Some of you might think I’m mad, need to get a life or sad. And that’s fine. I don’t mind. I’m me, I like my healthy food and I’m happy. All I want for you guys is to be happy. If you want your cake, you can eat it, I just want you to get back on track after so you dont beat yourself up on weigh in. If you want a kebab or unhealthy food, have it. Once isn’t going to kill you, but several bad choices will set you back.
It’s all about Moderation. It’s about a lifestyle, not a quick change. Yes sacrifices may have to happen but for a fitter, healthier you, but is that such a bad thing?
I didn’t have a gym at the grand prix circuit so I ran, used a bench to do press ups, tricep dips, single leg squats, box jumps and did hiit training.
Can you not exercise when away with a long walk? Use a bench in the local park or near by to do some exercises on? Course you can, you just choose not to. Lifestyle is a choice. Mines a healthy one. I see people day in day out make choices that lead them to overall feeling bad about themselves.
It’s not hard deep down. You just have to want it enough!
